o Pursuant to Section 19.85(1)(g) of the Wisconsin Statutes, convene in closed session for the purpose of conferring with legal counsel who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the Town Board with respect to possible litigation regarding to the destruction of a Town street.
• Reconvene to Open Session
o Reconvene to open session as provided in Section 19.85(2) of Wisconsin Statutes for action(s) relative to items considered during closed session.
o Possible action and recommendation on items discussed in closed session.
